Openings: 1 Location: Pokhara (office-based) Hours: 9-5, 6 days a week The role You're the person drivers and passengers reach when they need something - on the phone, on Facebook, or walking through the office door. Answering questions, explaining how the app works, registering new drivers and checking their documents, and taking complaints through to a proper fix. Every issue logged, every issue closed. You'll need • +2 completed • Strong Nepali, working English • Able to handle calls and messages calmly - including from someone who's upset • Able to explain things simply to people who aren't used to apps • Careful with details and paperwork - this role checks documents • Comfortable with a computer and smartphone • Know Pokhara well • Based in Pokhara Plus points • Customer service, front desk or office experience • Can shoot and edit reels or photos • Own laptop Women candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
