Job Responsibilities * Prepare fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, French fries, wraps, and other snacks. * Prepare food according to the café’s recipes, quality standards, and portion sizes. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas. * Handle kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and ovens. * Manage food ingredients, stock, and daily preparation. * Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients. * Work efficiently during busy hours and serve orders on time. * Coordinate with baristas and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements * Previous experience as a fast food cook is preferred. * Knowledge of burger, sandwich, fries, and snack preparation. * Good cooking skills and knowledge of food hygiene. * Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively. * Honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking. * Willingness to learn new recipes and improve food quality.
