Job Responsibilities * Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, and iced coffee. * Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment. * Grind coffee beans and ensure consistent coffee quality, taste, and presentation. * Prepare tea, iced tea, refreshers, and other beverages on the menu. * Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional customer service. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and throughout the café. * Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies. * Follow standard recipes and minimize ingredient wastage. * Assist with opening and closing duties, stock management, and daily café operations. * Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. Requirements * Previous barista experience is preferred. * Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and basic latte art is an advantage. * Ability to operate a coffee machine and grinder. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking. * Willingness to learn and maintain consistent beverage quality. * Ability to work during busy hours and as part of a team.
